Jungle explores my fascination with lush, tropical forests, exotic blooms, birds and wildlife. I was inspired by those photographs of looking up through trees to the canopy. It was really interesting working in a circular format and it enabled me to create a scene with layers of foliage and wildlife creating a lot of visual depth. Painted in watercolour, gouache and ink and set against a navy blue surround. This design is also available as a 43cm pocket square.
